Learn howIn April 2018 Vizimpro (dacomitinib) was approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) as a first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic EGFR-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutations. It was also approved in U.S. and Japan.
