Our door is always open

Transparency

At Everyone.org, we’re committed to making a positive impact on anyone who comes in contact with us. This applies not only to patients, but also doctors, pharmacists, logistics partners, pharmaceutical companies, and our own team. We do this by following a strict Code of Ethics and focusing on the highest priority - contributing to a healthier, fairer world.

To us, this commitment is a journey, not a destination or a declaration. And we’re proud to be on this journey as a B Corp certified company.

Joining the B Corp movement is our way of keeping our doors open. We’re not interested in transparency on paper. We strive to be an active member of a community where companies hold each other accountable for balancing profit with purpose.

If we’re going to change the healthcare system for the better, we need to do it together. With everyone, for everyone.

everyone.org is a for profit social venture with the mission to create impact on freedom to health and opportunity globally. To this end we believe alliances are needed with impact funds, such as Rubio, the Change Club or Pymwymic. For that reason, everyone.org has not included any restrictions with regard to possible future distributions to such investors in its articles of association. Impact acknowledgement and assurance is provided for these types of funding on the basis of performance indicators on both finance and social impact.

Milestones and reportings are also based on both financial and social impact performances. In this way everyone.org, which currently supports and helps patients and doctors in 90 countries, will be able to maximise its impact on health access for everyone worldwide. For the foreseeable future all impact investors committed that all profits, if any, will be re-invested in the access platform to increase our impact. In the long run, it might be possible to do some payout to shareholders.

Investment policy

All profits will be re-invested in further growing the access platform.

Salary policy

The goal of everyone.org is to achieve our results as a team. Therefore we keep the difference in salaries limited. Ultimately there always remains a difference due to the size of our organization as well as the diversity in our functions and responsibilities. Our current salary differences ratio is 1 : 3.6.

In addition to salaries and packages of holidays, leaves and benefits (see: Employee Handbook), we have an employee stock benefits plan in place.
