Clinical trials have shown that this triple combination therapy can significantly improve lung function, as evidenced by an increase in ppFEV1. The treatment has also been associated with reductions in sweat chloride levels, which is indicative of improved CFTR function, and improvements in quality of life as reported by patients.

Comparative Efficacy
