Yes. Most countries have Named Patient Import regulations in place. They allow patients to buy and import medicines that aren’t (yet) available locally.

We deliver globally, with a few exceptions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Ukraine). When delivery isn’t possible, pick-up in Europe is often an option. Contact us for more information.

Search for the medicine you need on our website.
Once on the medicine page, click on “Request medicine”, answer a couple of questions, and upload your prescription to speed things up. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Can’t find the medicine you need? Contact us. If anyone can find it for you, it’s us.
Get paperwork and cost details
Our expert team will give you all the necessary information, including:
- the required paperwork for your country and situation.
- a detailed price estimate, including medicine costs and any shipping, administrative, or import fees that may apply.
Confirm and pay for your order
Once you accept the price estimate, we’ll send you an order confirmation with payment instructions.
As soon as you’ve made the payment, we’ll start working on getting you the medicine you need.
Why do I need to pay before receiving the medicine?
As we operate on the Named Patient Import basis, every order is specifically processed for an individual patient for his/her personal use (only). Legally, neither we nor the supplier are allowed to hold stock of those medicines. Instead we are obliged to source them on a case by case basis. We need to pay before we get the medicines, therefore we can only process your order after we receive your payment.
